We usually process orders within 24–48 business hours. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days for most locations (remote areas may take a little longer). You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order is on the way.

After checkout, you’ll see an on-screen confirmation and receive an order confirmation email (and SMS if a mobile number was provided) with your Order ID. If you don’t see it within 10 minutes, please check your spam/promotions folder or contact our support team with your name and Order ID.

You can change your shipping address only if your order has not been dispatched yet. Once the order is dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes to the shipping details.
