SHIPPING POLICY

At Ceaura, we make every effort to ensure that your orders are completed within the stipulated timeframe. After successfully placing an order, we will process and ship it within 2 (two) working days. However, delivery may take up to 2-8 working days based on your location. An email will be sent to you with your order and tracking details once it has been shipped

Delayed Shipment

All third party courier services we partner with understand that shipping delays are inevitable. We do not take responsibility for such delays, still, we do our utmost to try and meet the deadlines. We also provide tracking information once your order is dispatched. Remember that if your package is urgent, reach out to our customer support team prior to placing your order so that we can ensure it’s delivered on time.
