RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Not withstanding that we maintain the highest standards in our products, if they do not meet your expectations, please check our return and refund procedure set out below:
Returns and Eligibility
- Chargeable Returns: This is a paid service where the Return Shipping Cost is deducted from your Refund.
- Missing or Damaged Items: If item is missing or damaged, recording of the unboxing is required as proof of damage. The clip must clearly depict all items being removed from the packaging.
- Sale/Discounted Items: These types of purchases are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
- Return Window: You are required to initiate a return request within 2 days from the date you received your order.
Alteration And Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, there is no possibility of changing or cancelling it.
In the case that your order is already packed or a shipment is in transit, refusal to accept it will classify as return.
Refused Order From Delivery: There is no provision for refund against prepaid orders if the delivery is refused on the doorstep.
Refused Order On C.O.D: If this order is refused, we may cancel your ability to place further orders. Additional fees will be applicable for re-packaging and shipping.
Refunds & Return Packaging
Any item that is returned must be in re sellable condition and returned with all the original unused packing and documents.
Refunds will only be issued against damaged goods. The remaining approved returns will be credited according to the amount claimed.
The refund process for approved returns will take a maximum of 15 to 21 business days.
Return Approval
All return requests must be approved before initiating the return process. Please note that items bought on sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
